  Our engineers assist you to improve and simplify your new parts at the very beginning of the mold start. It comes out more reasonable part design after combining part design knowledge and mold design knowledge. We have set up database of our own standard mold components such as slider, lifter, guide plate, etc...which can form our own standard and speed up designing time. All the tooling design will be reviewed in a meeting which held by the design engineer before cutting steel, the projector engineer and manufacturing supervisor will attend the design review meeting together.

  Currently main moulds: auto CD panels, 2-shot buttons, connectors. Multi-color Molds are outstanding too. We also make some precise mould components.
